Domestic orders are shipped via BLUE DART. Under normal circumstances takes about 3 – 5 working days for a HTC product to reach you once your order is placed and processed.
Once order is confirmed, a confirmation email with the tracking number for your order will be sent to you.
HTC warrants products against defects in materials. HTC reserves the right to determine manufacturing/ product defects, and requires proof of purchase to see if the product is under warranty. If a product is judged defective, HTC will replace the product at no cost to you.
The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable:
- Your order number.
- Picture or scan of the physical receipt/invoice with a visible date of purchase.
- Picture of your bank statement with a visible and highlighted purchase date.
THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Damage due to water.
- This warranty is void if the HTC product has been damaged by accident, negligence, or other factors other than defects in material
